Ageing period: 18 months in American and French oak barrels and a minimum of 18 months bottled.
Tasting note: Dark cherry with coppery rim. Slightly intense aroma with fine toasted notes and a depth of soaked black fruits and pepper. The mouth is tasty with fruit and oak flavours well-melted, spicy, with sweet fruit touches.
Matching: Excellent with red meat, pâté, hard cheeses and Iberian pork.
Temperature: Serve at 16 - 18 ºC previously decanted.
